Lutheran World Relief
There are many different ways Salem is involved with Lutheran World Relief. Every year, the congregation has a clothing and school kits and health kit drive. The items are sent to LWR, who then distributes them all around the world. We have also donated Vacation Bible School offerings for the Disaster Relief program. Hand crafted items from women in third world countries are sold prior to Christmas as a way of supporting those women. As needs arise, Salem is always quick to step up and help.
