Welcome to Salem
We are the Salem family, growing people in Christ! It is our desire to follow our Lord more fully each day and offer others help in their faith journey as we grow together. Salem is a congregation where all ages have place and purpose. Our worship is "child friendly" with a Children's message each week. We hope you will take time look through our web site and come and visit as you are able. It is very important that everyone feel a sense of belonging, and we hope Salem may be that place for you.
News and Announcements
Last Day of Sunday School
The Sunday School year, along with Confirmation classes and Small Groups, will come to a close on Sunday, May 18. Students and their families are asked to meet in the Sanctuary at 9:15 a.m. for a short program. Following the program, the children will be dismissed to their parents for an Ice Cream Social and Carnival in the Social Hall. Be sure to take a minute to thank our Sunday School teachers for their service this year.
Affirmation of Baptism
Seven of Salem's youth were confirmed during the 10:45 service on Sunday, May 11. These young people affirmed their faith with personal creeds before their family and friends. Congratulations to Haley, Michelle, Caroline, Michelle, Syndey, Mitchell, and Talon!
Senior Recognition
High School Seniors will be recognized during services on Sunday, May 18. A special gift will be presented to these young adults as they start the next chapter of their lives.
